If Cassis has become the place to be seen, with its magnificent yachts anchored in the bay and its celebrated landscapes immortalised by some of the greatest artists, from André Derain to Raoul Dufy, the International Circle invites you to discover Cassis beyond its postcard image.We will be warmly welcomed by Mrs Gaudin, President of the Friends of the Museum of Cassis, who will take us inside the Town Hall, where we discover its elegant wedding room and enjoy a more intimate glimpse into the history and heritage of the village.We will then explore the ancient part of the museum�??s collection with Mrs Lavaly, before setting off with Les Drailles de la Mémoire on a journey through the historic heart of Cassis.

An historic family manufacture founded in 1837 in Aubagne near Marseille, operates in a 19th-century building .Ravel is one of the oldest ceramic manufacturers in France.In their workshops in December, they celebrate a pastoral Christmas inspired by the ancient customs and cultural heritage of the region. Provençal Christmas is one of the richest and most distinctive traditions in France: a heritage woven from both pagan and religious customs, passed down through generations with a spirit of simplicity and warmth. Christmas Eve gatherings, nativity scenes, santons, traditional table rituals, songs and symbols drawn from nature all come together to tell a timeless story, lovingly preserved from one generation to the next.
